Our client, a US based leading healthcare provider, recognized the need for an integrated telemedicine platform to enhance patient-doctor interactions, reduce physical visits, and improve overall healthcare accessibility. The goal was to create a user-friendly solution that ensures a smooth flow from appointment booking to post-consultation feedback.
While working on development of such product, we have faced below mentioned problmes:
Data Security: Ensuring the confidentiality and security of patient data and medical records was paramount. Stringent measures, including end-to-end encryption and secure storage practices, were implemented.
User Experience: Creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface for both the mobile app and web platform was a challenge. Extensive user testing and feedback loops were crucial to refining the design and navigation.
Integration with Healthcare Systems: Seamless integration with existing healthcare systems, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Hospital Information Systems (HIS), required careful planning and coordination with various stakeholders.

Hence we decided to encrypt each API we design and also deployed OTP based login. We also enlocked patient prescription and reports with password which is shared between doctor and patient only.
Rigorous testing was conducted at every stage to identify and rectify potential issues. This included user acceptance testing, security audits, and performance testing. Which result in better video calling and audio calling quality.
